26th matchday of Cyprus Championship

After the completion of the quarter-final stage of the Cup, the curtain opens today (with one game) on the 26th matchday of the championship and the last for the first phase of the competition. AEK welcomes the Enosi with both teams burning for the victory for completely different reasons. The "yellow-greens" to return to victories after two consecutive defeats and the visitors in their bid to stay in the division.

In the Premier League the two champions have home missions. Arsenal host Bournemouth and Manchester City host Newcastle.

In the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich are the favourites in the away match against this year's weak Stuttgart.

Full racing action in the other leagues with very interesting matches.

AEK LARNACA-ENOSI (19:00)

The impressive course of AEK in the Conference League, seems to have affected the team in domestic competitions lately. The "yellow-greens" in the last three league games count one draw and two defeats. These unsuccessful results dropped them from the top where APOEL has now risen. Against the Enosi, Jose Oltra's players have no choice but to return to victories. Their task is not expected to be easy at all against the "crimson" who are to be congratulated for their effort this year to stay. In their last game they even threw a five-pointer by Akritas Chlorakas and show that they are in good competitive condition.
