2d matchday of the Cypriot championship!

The curtain opens today on the 2nd game of the Pancyprian Football Championship with two interesting matches. At 19:00 Aris welcomes Olympiacos and an hour later Paphos faces Karmiotissa in Pafiakos.

Aris Limassol - Olympiacos Nicosia (19:00)

The hosts managed in the premiership to turn the game around and get the victory against AEL. Tonight they welcome Olympiacos who took the lead against Anorthosis but finally conceded defeat in the second half.

Paphos F.C– Karmiotissa Polemidia (20:00)

A great performance mainly in the first part (where they preceded it) was made by the Paphites in the premiership with APOEL away from home but finally accepted the equalization towards the end of the match and left with one point from GSP. Henning Berg's band sent out hopeful messages and in tonight's showdown they want to celebrate their first victory against a Karmiotissa who struggled in the premiership.
