A Sunday full of derbies that could decide a lot and we'll start of course with ours. Two rounds to go and it looks like it's going to be a great battle for the champion and the 3-4 spots. There are three super derbies taking place today and all of them have their own interest based on the above facts.

Last year's champions have run out of steam and are now struggling to at least finish in 4th place which if Omonia win the Cup, then 4th place leads to the Confederations League. But to achieve this Aris will have to return to good performances and at the same time to winning. They face a spirited and revitalized Paphos, who with a double... overtakes them in the standings and moves them into 4th place
The "eternal" derby is of crucial importance with both teams wanting to win for completely different reasons. With an ace, Omonia essentially locks the 3rd place and at the same time the prestige is in the middle against APOEL who are fighting with AEK for the title. If APOEL continue their winning streak, they will await the Larnaca side on the final day at the GSP and celebrate the championship with two results. We are talking about a very important game for both teams.
Last season's champions are in danger of being left out of Europe and in order to have a chance of entering the top seven, they must beat Roma, who in turn want an exit in the new Champions League.
PAOK are losing oil and staying away from the top! Razvan Louchescu's team had another poor game and escaped a 10th minute stoppage time loss to draw 1-1 against indifferent Lamia. The realistic goal now is to book a place in the top three, because it's hard for the league now. On the other hand, AEK is coming with momentum... they won the top derby against PAO 3-0 and increased the difference to four points. With a potential double tonight, they embrace the title, but even with a draw they still have the upper hand.
