Away tests for Liverpool and Barcelona - Derby in Italy, awakening memories of Famagusta.

The Saturday programme includes games for all tastes.

BRENTFORD-LIVERPOOL (17:00)
Brentford and Liverpool are coming off draws, the difference being that the home side drew a point from Manchester City and the Reds failed to break down the excellent Nottingham Forest and get a distraction.
The game is gathering a lot of interest, with Brentford under slight betting pressure and Liverpool hopeful of returning to winning ways.
Liverpool have won four in a row, regardless of the home ground. Brentford's last win at the stadium that will host today's game was 3-1 in 2022/23.
JUVENTUS-MILAN (19:00)
In the shadow of the recent Super Cup semi-final clash and Milan's great upset, the big derby of the 21st round in Italy will take place.
Juventus will host AC Milan, with both teams in a similar competitive and standings situation. The hosts are +3, but with a game less than the visitors.
The two teams played last Tuesday. AC Milan won on the road against Como with an upset 2-1 and Juventus were held to a 1-1 draw with Atalanta on the road.
In the first round match, both teams were stuck in a whitewash.

NEW SALAMIS-ANORTHOSIS (19:00)
Another Varosian derby will be held in the appeal. Nea Salamina will welcome Anorthosis, with memories awakened once again.
On the purely competitive side, Nea Salamina remain in an extremely difficult position and below the relegation line. Last matchday they were beaten 2-0 by AEK Athens at the Arena, playing for a long period of time with a man down.
Anorthosis continued to push for a place in the top six. They beat Ethnikos Ahna and kept their hopes alive for the big goal of the season.
Anorthosis' tradition against Nea Salamina is terrible, with the reds ignoring victory in the Famagusta derby since 2016, when they won 2-1.

LEBERKUSEN-GLADBACH (19:30)
Keeps up the suffocating pressure on Bayern Munich and looks capable of going all the way. Leverkusen also successfully passed the Mainz hurdle and remained in the title race.
Today they will host Gladbach for the 18th round of the German league and are the heavy favourites to celebrate their 12th consecutive success in all competitions.
Gadbach went to Leverkusen deeply hurt after being thrashed 5-1 by Wolfsburg in midweek, while they were much more competitive against Bayern Munich in their first game of 2025 after being narrowly beaten 0-1.
Leverkusen have two draws by the same score, 0-0, at home against their current opponents.
HETAFE-BARCELONA (22:00)
A lot of pressure is put on Barcelona's double against Hetaffe for the 20th round of the Spanish league.
The Blaugrana are coming off a dominant 5-2 win over Real Madrid in the Super Cup final and travelled to the capital in excellent spirits to face Hetaffe. However, the -6 from the top and Atletico Madrid puts extra pressure on Barca to get the double.
Hetaffe are coming off two successes on the road and counting the absolute in 2025. They first eliminated Granada and followed that up with a 1-2 win over Las Palmas.
