Big favorites, traps and derby in Olimpico and Antonis Papadopoulos.
The Saturday programme includes games for all tastes.
Arsenal, Brighton and Manchester City are three of the four teams in the Premier League that count the absolute maximum in the two rounds, but from Saturday afternoon the number will be reduced.
Arsenal welcome Brighton, with the Gunners favourites to win the game. Brighton have shown good form, but are expected to face a very high hurdle at home to Arsenal, who are aiming this season to achieve what they couldn't last season. To win the title.
WEST HAM - MANCHESTER CITY (19:30)
Saturday's schedule in the world's top league will close with an equally good game. Manchester City, after Chelsea and Ipswich, will head to London to make it 3 out of 3, but the away test is fraught with danger.
They will face West Ham, who will be looking to celebrate their first home win since losing to Aston Villa. They are coming off an away win over Crystal Palace, and had a midweek cup match.
BAYERN LEVERKUSEN - LEIPZIG (19:30)
The first big game of this season in the Bundesliga will take place in Leverkusen. The champions will host Leipzig in a game where goals are predicted .
The home side are favourites to win and go 2 for 2 in the new league, however Leipzig are looking for the same result at the champions' castle.
ATHLETIC BILBAO - ATLETICO MADRID (20:00)
The most important game in La Liga will be played in the Basque country. Athletic Bilbao will host Atletico Madrid, with the visitors being the marginal favourites to win. In the last two meetings between the two teams at San Mames, Bilbao have taken advantage of their home ground and celebrated equal victories. Atletico Madrid is struggling to score goals which is a concern for Simeone, but they have a slight edge in the betting odds, despite the fact that Athletic are very strong at home.
Positive were the opening matches of the competing teams. AEL won on the road against Omonia 29M 4-2, while Omonia Aradippou came away with a goalless draw against Anorthosis as the typical home team.
In their first home game of the season, the Limassol yellows are aiming for a win in order to make it 2 out of 2 and fill their fans with optimism. The AEL fans are expected to be present en masse with the ultimate goal of pushing Coleman's players to success.
Against them will be the team from Aradippou, who although newcomers have shown themselves capable of doing damage to any opponent who attempts to underestimate them.
Anorthosis and Apollon started the new marathon with the left and today they have the opportunity to celebrate their first win. The Famagusta side failed to break down the resistance of Omonia Aradippou and despite missing some important chances they were stuck at zero.
Oka's team showed weaknesses, which they will have to bale out in order to be competitive in big games like today's.
Apollon was in control in the first half of the derby against AEK, scored, lost a penalty, but the red card they received played a catalytic role in the second half.
They conceded two goals and defeat in a match that left a bittersweet taste. With a performance like the first half, the Limassol side can leave the Antonis Papadopoulos Stadium with a double, but the important thing is to present themselves unaffected by the negative result in the opening game.
Identical facts in the Italian derby. Lazio will host Milan at the Olimpio, with the visitors having a slight advantage in the odds. The fact that the Milanese team is on a losing and drawing streak in the first few rounds plays a role, as if they triple their bad run, then the standings will become more difficult from the very beginning in terms of the title fight.
Lazio, on the other hand, are coming off a 2-1 defeat at Udine, while they beat Venezia 3-1 at home in their opening game.
