Big game at GSP - AEK Athens with tradition, Omonia with psychological and competitive uplift

With the derby at GSP between Omonia and AEK Athens, the 3rd round of the Cypriot League is completed. AEK Athens are big favourites against Volos, and Lazio are also favourites against in-form Verona.

OMONIA-AEK (19:00)
The best for the end is reserved for the 3rd matchday in the Cypriot league. Omonia will host AEK at GSP, with the hosts having a slight advantage due mainly to their home ground, but that doesn't prejudge anything.
Besides, AEK's tradition is excellent against the Greens, as they are eight games undefeated, regardless of the venue, with six wins and two draws.
The peculiarity concerns Henning Berg, who returns again as an opponent at the GSP and hopes to have better luck than the last time he was defeated on the bench of Pafos and subsequently sacked.
The Greens have started the year impressively with significant qualification for the Confederations League and a two out of two in the league, unlike AEK who suffered a painful elimination and are coming off a defeat at the Arena to Paphos.

AEK-VOLOS (20:00)
It is a big question mark how AEK will present themselves after the resumption of the league against Volos. They are the big favourites to win and rightly so, as they have a much better team, however, they will have to prove it on the pitch.
So far, the Athens team has had terrible ups and downs that have plagued them in their short run this season. If they can find stability, they have nothing to fear against an inferior opponent.

LAZIO-VERONA (21:45)
With the title of favourites, Lazio will welcome Verona in the game that will bring the curtain down on the 4th round of the Italian competition.
The Lazio side will have to sweat a lot to confirm their title, as they are not known for their consistency this season either.
They are counting wins, draws and defeats at the start, unlike Verona who have two wins and a defeat in the first few rounds.
