Champions League: Bayern-Barcelona

Tonight's Champions League schedule is dominated by the showdown between Bayern and Barcelona. The two teams that have got off to a great start this year are facing off for the third group with Robert Lewandowski as the central figure who moved from Munich to Barcelona in the summer. Coman and Sarr are out of the fight for the Bavarians, while the "blaugrana" will line up without any racing problems.

In the other match of the group, Plzen hosts Inter who do not have much room for losses.

For the first group, Liverpool, after being crushed by Napoli and a poor start to the Premier League, want to react by welcoming the impressive Ajax. Jurgen Klopp is once again facing many racing problems as Conaté, Henderson, Jones, Keita, Chamberlain, Robertson and Kelleher will be missing, with Kostas Tsimikas taking his place in the starting line-up.

The group's other match, Rangers-Napoli, was postponed to Wednesday at the request of police following the death of Queen Elizabeth. For the second group, Leverkusen host Atletico who travelled to Germany without Regillon, Jimenez and Savic and with Oblak doubtful, while Porto hosts Bruges.

Finally, for the fourth group, Sporting and Sotiris Alexandropoulos in the squad take on Tottenham Hotspur and Marseille against Eintracht.
