Cyprus Cup: AEL-Nea Salamina

Return tonight to the top club competition, as is the case every February with the games for the round of 16 of the Champions League. In tonight's program we have two bunches. AC Milan host Tottenham and Paris host Bayern. Couples that could very well be the grand final of the big event. We also have action in the Cyprus Cup where the round of "8" begins. AEL welcomes Nea Salamina in the first game between the two teams.

AEL-NEA SALAMINA (18:00)

A very big game is expected tonight in the new stadium of Limassol, which will be packed. AEL wants to take the first step towards qualifying for the "4" to hope for something good this year. On the other hand, Nea Salamina may be close to entering the top six of the league, but it will throw its weight for distinction in the Cup. Tonight, the players of Savvas Poursaitidis will try to get a positive result that will increase their chances of qualifying for the rematch in "Famagusta". In their last league games they both lost to Paphos and Anorthosis respectively. It seemed clear that their minds were on tonight's game.

In the Champions League, AC Milan host Tottenham Hotspur and the second game scheduled for tonight Paris hosts Bayern. For many they are two of the favorites to win the trophy, but as the draw brought them one of the two will advance to the round of "8".
