Doubles for Liverpool, Aston Villa and we're off to (G/G) in tonight's derby in the Champions League...

This year's Champions League magic continues tonight, as the curtain rises on the 6th matchday of the top club competition and on yet another night we will see super matches. Now with the new order of things in the Champions League, every matchday we have a derby and this makes it different and adds more interest to the competition.
Tonight's menu is dominated by the matches Atalanta-Real Madrid and Leverkusen-Inter. The leading and undefeated Liverpool travels to Spain to face Girona.
We will see these and many more in more detail below.
Below you will see all the action in detail:
GIRONA-LIVERPOΟL (19:45)
This year's Liverpool is driving people crazy with its performance in both the Premier League and the Champions League. Jurgen Klopp left, Arne Slot came but Liverpool never entered a transitional phase. Contrary to the beginning, they play excellent football and are the most in-form team in the world. In the previous matchday they defeated Real Madrid 2-0 and tonight they want to continue their winning and unbeaten streak. The hosts are generally worrying in Europe, they collected only three points and their task against this Liverpool is particularly difficult.
ATALANTA-REAL MADRID (22:00)
A rather interesting pair between two very good teams. It sounds a bit strange but this is the reality. Atalanta have so far collected 11 points and the title holder 6. Carlo Ancelotti's team has gone through a prolonged period of deformation, but if they want to return to the competition stronger, they must escape tonight with the double, otherwise their task will become more difficult. However, this year's Atalanta is a very good team and its course is not accidental.
LEVERKUSEN-INTER (22:00)
The match of the evening, since the two teams are on the high steps of the League Phase and have a difference of only three points. Specifically, the "nerazzurri" have collected 13 and the hosts 10. The remarkable thing is that the guests have not yet conceded a goal in the competition and are the only team to have achieved this. Let's see tonight, if they can also get through Germany unscathed. Both come from victories in the competition against Salzburg and Leipzig respectively.
LEIPZIG-Aston Villa (22:00)
The home team has a tragic record so far in the new… Champions League. They have not taken a single point in the first five games along with Slovan Bratislava and Young Boys. However, Leipzig is a bigger team and comes from Germany, so there is no excuse. On the other hand, Aston Villa has a good run, collecting 10 points and conceding just one goal.
