Fiorentina and West Ham in the great (historic) battle for the title of the Conference League...

After the final of the Europa League, the final in the Conference League takes place tonight. West Ham and Fiorentina have booked a title date in the Europa Conference League final to be hosted in beautiful Prague tonight.

Typically home side Fiorentina return to a Euro-title match for the first time since 1990, when they lost to Juventus in the UEFA Cup final. They also have one win and one defeat in the Cup Winners' Cup finals in 1961 and 1962, respectively, and have also lost in the Champions Cup final in 1957.
On the other hand, the also historic West Ham, in its glorious history on the European stage, counts a victory of the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1964-65 where they beat Munich 1860 at Wembley with 2-0. In the 1975–76 season they lost in the final of the same competition to Anderlecht.
We will see tonight which of the two teams will celebrate again after many years of European title...

FIORENTINA-WEST HAM (22:00)
The Conference League may be the third tier European club competition, but this year it was quite interesting, as very large and historic teams participated in it. However, the cup will be claimed by the two teams that managed to qualify for the final. Initially, the Italians dramatically overcame Basel's obstacle in the semi-finals. Despite their 1-2 defeat at the "Artemio Franchi", in the rematch of Switzerland they prevailed 1-3 in extra time (with a goal in 120+10') and were the ones who went through to the grand final.
The "violas" in the Italian championship did not do well at all this year and threw their weight exclusively on the... Europe. The same applies to West Ham who faced many problems in the Premier League, but in the Conference League they did well and it is no coincidence that they eliminated Alkmaar in the semi-finals.
