In an exciting game, Germany and Italy drew in Dortmund, but it was the home team that celebrated in the final. The 3-3 final, combined with Germany's 2-1 victory in the first match, secured them qualification for the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League A. Against them was Portugal, who secured qualification for the Final-Four of the UEFA Nations League, completing a great upset against Denmark. Despite the 1-0 defeat in the first game, the Iberians managed to equalize the overall score in regular time, prevailing 3-2. In extra time, Roberto Martinez's team picked up the pace and with two more goals made the final 5-2, securing qualification in an imposing way. With this defeat, Denmark will find itself on Greece's way in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. A very interesting semi-final is expected, between two quality and mainly attacking teams.
