Cologne's seven pre-season games have seen them win six and draw one, with the dress rehearsal ahead of official duty taking place against Udinese. Hamburg, on the other hand, played five games and had three wins to start, losing to Cardiff and a whitewash against Aris in their last friendly.
The last official match between the two teams was in January 2022. After an excellent game, Hamburg won on the road by an impressive score of 4-3.

GRAZER AK - SALZBURG (21:30)
Another league in central Europe will enter the 2024/25 season. Austria started with a cup last week, but from today the league will be included in the schedule. After ten consecutive years, Salzburg handed over the reins to Sturm Graz and this year they aim to regain them. They will face away against Gracher AK and will hope to start off on the right foot. The last meeting between the two teams in an official match dates back to 2019, when the then permanent champions won easily with a 0-6 victory in the cup competition.
