ASTERAS TRIPOLIS - OFI CRETE (17:30)
Both teams are doing very well so far and look capable of booking a place in the top 8 of the standings. Their psychology is at its highest, however, as they are coming off two super wins. The home side beat Olympiacos 1-0 at home and the visitors escaped with a double (1-2) in Toumba against PAOK. We are talking about organized teams and these results are no coincidence.
This game concludes the 9th round of the Cyprus League. Both teams want a return to victories in order to climb up the standings. The "Lady" is coming off two consecutive losses against AEK and APOEL. They don't want to triumph by any means. On the other hand, AEL has been on the upswing in recent games, they play good football and last weekend they put the brakes on AEK, and got a point in Limassol (1-1).
If Lazio want to secure a place in Europe in the new season, these kinds of games, especially at home, they need to win them. Essentially, it has to show character. However, so far it is doing quite well... Cagliari, on the other hand, is trying to get out of the danger zone. However, this is not a team that looks like it will be in danger.
