Thursday is Champions League Thursday and we're going BookieCo for some controversial matches!

The Champions League premiere concludes on Thursday night, with several interesting games, where most of the visiting teams have an edge in the betting odds. Barcelona are tested in Monaco, while Arsenal are tested in Bergamo. A big match is expected in Madrid.

MONACO-BARCELONA (22:00)
With ... time from the impressive start in La Liga, Barcelona travelled to Monaco for the opening game of the new Champions League. The Blaugrana are five out of five and will be hopeful of extending their winning streak.
Yamal's side are favourites for the double against a dangerous side who are unbeaten in the French league, with three wins and a draw.
It is worth mentioning that in a recent friendly match, in the rehearsal of the two teams for the start of their championships, Barcelona beat Monaco 3-0.

ATALANTA-ARSENAL (22:00)
Another game with a double favourite will be played in Italy. Arsenal went to Italy with a winning advantage, but the Europa League holders will not be an easy task.
The Gunners are undefeated in the Premier League, with their last win coming against Tottenham in the London derby. As you can see, they are in excellent competitive and psychological condition and the non-negotiable goal in today's game is to win.
Atalanta are coming off a difficult win over Fiorentina and as such have managed to lift their spirits ahead of their opening match in the top inter-club competition.

ATLETICO MADRID-LEIPZIG (22:00)
One of the few games of the night where the home side has a winning edge in the betting odds.
Atletico Madrid will host Leipzig in their Champions League opener, with both teams aiming for a win.
This is a tightly contested game with some very good teams competing that can do damage to any opponent. The example of Leipzig, who before the break due to national holidays beat champions Leverkusen away from home, is indicative of this.
Of course, in the last game they were held to a 0-0 draw with Ueon Berlin, unlike Atletico who won 3-0 against Valencia.
The two teams met in 2020 in the only game played in Portugal for the quarter-finals of the Champions League. The Germans won 2-1 and qualified for the next round.
