Victories for Greece, France and the (G/G) in the big Nations League derbies are paying off...

We have a break this week due to the Nations League and qualifying for the 2026 World Cup, and interest is at an all-time high. The Greek national team is also in action against Scotland.
The tie with England at the top of the group in which the Greek national team found themselves, forced Ivan Jovanovic's side to participate in the barrage for the big promotion to League A, where they will be for the first time in history, if they make it.
The draw "sent" Greece's opponents to Scotland of Andy Robertson and Scott McTominey. The first match is scheduled for tonight and the second leg on March 23 in Scotland.
As expected, the draw produced a derby, especially in the League A final, which will determine the winner of the 2025 competition.

Below you can see all the match action in detail:
CROATIA-FRANCE (21:45)
The Croats are in a transitional stage and this was proven in the group they played in the Nations League, registering just two wins, two losses and two draws. They got the qualification in the bag... from Scotland who finished in 3rd place and will face Greece. As for the French, they took the lead with 13 points, scoring four wins, one draw and just one loss.
DENMARK-PORTUGAL (21:45)
There is a favourite to qualify for the Nations League semi-finals in this pair and it is none other than Portugal. The guests in their group finished in first place with 14 points accumulated, having won four and drawn two. Although the hosts started with two wins, they subsequently spoiled it for us with two defeats and as many draws, a development that put them in second place behind Spain.
ITALY-GERMANY (21:45)
Expect big games between two top national teams. Logically, qualification will be decided in the details in both games. The Italians in the Group have four wins, a draw and a loss. They tied with France, but in the tie they ended up in second place. On the other hand, the Germans came back stronger in this competition, they ended up in first place in their Group with four wins and two draws. To be honest, at the moment Germany seems to be a click superior team to France.
NETHERLANDS-SPAIN (21:45)
In another big game we have a favorite and it is the Euro holders Spain. The visitors are in demonic form and in their group they qualified top with five wins and just one draw in their opening game against Scotland. The Dutch were generally troubled and the positive for them is that Hungary and Bosnia were in their group, otherwise they would have been in danger of missing out on the play-offs. They collected just nine points, registering two wins (against the teams mentioned above), three draws and one defeat. They'll have to do it in two games against the Spaniards if they hope to get the qualification.
HELLAS-SCOTLAND (21:45)
A draw with England at the top of the group that saw the Greek national team forced Ivan Jovanovic's side into the barrage for the big promotion to League A, where they will be for the first time in their history if they make it. Scotland is the obstacle the national team has to overcome on their way to League A of that competition, having faced England and Ireland, equally from Great Britain, in the League B group. With "General" Ivan Jovanovic on the bench, the Greek national team has radically changed its image and if it plays to its potential, it has the upper hand for qualification. Greece's qualification is also a light favourite in the betting markets with prices close to 1.
