Victories for Omonia Nicosia and APOEL, (G/G) in the derbies in Paphos and Turin and the 6th place for parlay at odds of 5.00!

The 23rd day of the Cypriot Championship is completed today and this year it is developing with a lot of interest. The big derby between Paphos and Apollon is of course the main event. In the other two matches, Omonia hosts Omonia Aradippou and APOEL goes to Limassol to face AEL.
In the Campionato, we also have a derby tonight between Juventus and Inter.
Below you can see all the match action in detail:
OMONIA - OMONIA AR. (17:00)
A game with Homonia as clear favourites, but let's not forget that a few nights ago they had a European match against Paphos. It is logical that Yiannis Anastasiou will make some changes in the starting line-up but still Omonia has the first reason to win. The Doves are fighting for survival and many thought they wouldn't even fight for that goal, but they were soundly proved wrong. The newcomers, however, are coming off three straight league defeats and today they will hardly gain any points unless they pull off the big surprise.

PAPHOS FC-APOLLON (17:00)
A big game is expected in Paphos between two excellent teams. It is true that this year's Paphos is more complete and of higher quality than Apollon, but that doesn't mean that they will get the win. The hosts are also coming off a European match against Omonia and we don't know how much fatigue will affect them. But they have a plethora of excellent options and that's why they are doing well in all three competitions. As for the visitors, the arrival of Sofronis Avgusti has revitalized Apollon. The Blues are playing better football and are fighting for a place in the top six alongside APOEL and Anorthosis. Paphos beat Omonia Ar. away (0-2) last week and Apollon came away from home with a draw in the derby against APOEL (0-0).

AEL-APOEL (19:00)
The two teams expected things differently this season and things have come to them differently. Historic AEL has ignored the joy of victory in the last nine league games. In that time they have five defeats and four draws. Let's not add to the equation the Cup elimination with a loss to Omonia. They changed coaches at AEL, made transfers but the team's image doesn't change. If they don't start scoring immediately... it's possible that they could get into trouble. On the other hand, APOEL is also disappointing, as they now have to lock a place in the top six first and then claim a European ticket. However, it is not an easy task for last year's champions, who are coming off two draws with Anorthosis and Apollon. Let's not forget that they also had their away European match against Celia for the Conferences League play-offs in the midweek.

JUVENTUS-INTER (21:45)
If Juventus want a place in the top four of the Campionato, it is imperative that they win derbies like tonight. It comes from two consecutive wins in the league against Empoli and Como. Let's not forget that midweek the "Lady" also had a European Champions League play-off match against PSV. Surely fatigue might play its part. On the other hand, if Inter also wants to challenge for the league to the end, they will have to show character in such matches and win them. Otherwise, if leaders Napoli are dropping points and Inter don't take advantage of it, it will be hard for them to stay at the top of the Campionato this season.
