Wins with handicap for APOEL, Omonia and Paphos, the derbies in Germany-Italy and the 4 group of favorites in "BookieCo" with 4.60 odds

There are many interesting games on tonight's menu both in Cyprus and in the rest of Europe.
Starting with ours, we open the curtain of the 7th round with three games, where we have big favorites. We are talking about APOEL, Omonia and Paphos. The champions play away against Omonia Ar., and the other two host Union and Carmiotissa respectively.
The rest of the schedule is dominated by the matches between Leverkusen and Eintracht Frankfurt and Juventus and Lazio.
Below you can see all the match action in detail:
LEVERKUSEN - EINTRACHT FRANKFURT (16:30)
Before the break, the champions were counting two consecutive draws against Bayern Munich and Holstein Kiel. With the Bavarians there is an excuse, as it was a difficult away derby, but against the newcomers there is none. In fact, they were leading 2-0 and the visitors managed to get the match even. Eintracht, on the other hand, are coming off a 3-3 home draw with Bayern Munich. In the betting markets at the "BoekieCo", Leverkusen is a logical favorite.
Manolo Jimenez wants a debut with a win on the bench of APOEL. The defeat before the break against AEK Athens at home (0-1), led the APOEL management to release Jose Dominguez, so the Spanish coach was hired in his place. APOEL were super favourites going into the match, but the newcomers sent out a lot of promising messages. They are also coming off an away win against Omonia 29M.
A return to winning is the only thing Omonia needs to do after a 2-0 away defeat to Aris. The "crimson" team is looking very much below the circumstances and that's why they made a change in their technical leadership a few days ago. Ori Gutman left and Damir Kadani was appointed in his place. However, this is an experienced coach who can fix some things at the club.
This year's Paphos continues to drive people crazy as they look ready to not only challenge for this year's championship, but also to win it. They are coming off another upset win against Union and are rightfully at the top of the table. However, Carmiotissa are also on the up, as they beat Apollon 2-0 in Mauro Camoranesi's debut on the bench. In yet another match, however, we have a big favorite and that is Paphos.
A very big game is expected between two very good teams. It's no coincidence that they share 3rd place in the Campionato with 13 points. The hosts are undefeated in all competitions. But before the break, they dropped two points against Cagliari at home (1-1). On the other hand, Lazio are coming off four straight wins in the Europa League and the league, and that does not go unnoticed. Before the break, they won 2-1 at home against Empoli.
